Urgent! Look2me infection

    I'm going thru the list of things to do in the read me first file.
    I got to 'Kill2me' and downloaded it. As I was clicking on it to unzip it a window popped up and said 'no sign of infection on your computer open anyway?' I clicked yes then a window popped up saying, "Look2me infection about to be removed desktop and taskbar will disappear for a moment this is normal.' This is all before I even started Kill2me.

    I didn't click the ok. The window is still open. What now?

    Oh yeah as I closed the first window (no infection etc..)then I got an I explore caused an error and will now close window.

    Sorry. I guess that's just something that happens with Kill2me right? I clicked okay and then it said look2me had been removed if it was present. I thought the window had been produced by a virus. Is that at all possible?
