UrILstCk.exe - Unable To Locate Component

I continue to get a message, UrILstCk.exe - Unable To Locate Component.

This application has failed to start because NISRES.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Please help me fix this, I have no idea what it is or what is causing it. Thank you in Advance, Dean.

Your being too vague. Theres a lot of viruses using random names and I do not know what UrILstCk.exe is or belongs to. When are you getting it? My guess is its a virus that was removed, but there is a UrILstCk.exe being called in your startup somewhere.

Try StartupCPL and see if its running in startup and if removing it from startup solves the problem.
