Usage of Alcohole 120%

how i'm been doing some research about alcohole and been traing to creat a virtual driver for my LG DVD/ CD r/Rom and it dind work quite well.
what could be the problem of this troubelshoot anyone can give ny sugenstions

well my scsi driver <DVD/CD READ/writter doesnt work when i'm trying to play an dvd movie.
i installed many new dvd regio programmes that could posibely let me play them , put nothing happend.
altought it still reads music and usual cd clips or data storage on my cd's, and it writtes Cd well to.
put it doesnt let see the dvd's.
i have buy-ed a new Liteon to replace it for DVD storage and DVD playing and it runs very well with dual layer tech to lol.
put mostly it would a real failure for me not the figure out the problem of this mess.
I'm a Senior troubleshooter ad school, lol i'm doing my best to find out the difficult things, and i really like to stay ahead of thing and network with other geeks all around the world.
so if they need help i would help them back.
it feels just great to be a troubleshooter to shoot the trouble lol.
I'm going to trai to keep research on the web about these drivers failure for any answers of the basic LG manufactures.
if any one can help with the usage of alcohole120% would be great to,
and to give me some advice or websites to get a hook up to this master peace emulation software.
