I have an old 2Gig laptop drive. I was thinking of throwing it into my PC for VISTA to use for extra memory.

I was wondering though what would be the better way to hook it up. Costwise is the same. Should I buy an adapter to converter the laptop drive to IDE or should I just get a 2.5" drive enclosure and connect it via USB...

Vista likes 15gb of loading room, so I feel a 2gb disk will be of little use to yo.

I'm in love with USB, for extra drives. Since, it's 2GB, that's a perfect size for an external drive. That way, it doesn't consume a valuable IDE slot. :)
