I'm trying to install a micro innovations kb565bl keyboard on my hp m8020n model system running vista home premiums but every time i connect it to a usb port windows tries to find drivers for a usb-compliant keyboard, when it fails it then drops the keyboard into the other devices area with an error stating either:

This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.

    OR

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

Nothing I have tried has worked, I've looked all over the place for drivers and micro innovations drivers are for the optional 22 controls not for the device itself. I've gotten it to briefly work before but then it will just stop and not give me an error message. Please any assistance would be great.

    Thanks,

    J
