Usb Connection Issue

    Hi,

    I have an issue with my USB keyboard and Mouse. No matter how many times I tried, it always states that device is not detected. Can anyone please trouble shoot the issue.

    We have no idea the brand and exact model of computer nor what version of Windows is installed. Without that minimum information, it is next to impossible to offer any help.

    As I mentioned I did have the same problem. I was so close to giving up on the matter but a goof blow and wipe / along with the updated drivers sorted me.
