   I have exactly same problem with USB .
   I have a Viaq potherfboard,P-4 processor,40 GH hard drive,1HB sdram??
   Any solution.I got this problem each time I reinstalled win xp prf.
   now i replaced with win 2000,service pack 4 but still getting same usb problems????????????
