How many emails can a 16 GB Flash Drive hold ???

    5000 emails ?

    7500 emails ?

    10,000 emails ?

(hopefully it's easy to transfer 'blocks' of emails...."step-by-step" directions anywhere ?)

    Thank You !!!

    Hi

Random as it depends on the size of the email as some have attachments that could add extra file size. I get emails that are 32KB in size then ones that have attachments that are 20MB+ is size.

What Windows version and Service Pack you using?
What email client (version as well) are you using?

Dependant on your email client use you maybe able to see the full size of the inbox and any folders you have, Outlook does this well for example, others not so well, unless you look at their main storage file.

At times its a good rule of thumb to export the emails to a HDD and then look at the size of the exported files to judge if they will fit on portable devices, such as USB Flash.
