USB Mouse does not respond to clicking

Problem Description: USB Mouse reacts to movement only. PS2 Keyboard works fine.

Solutions: Temporary: Open Task Manager and the problem goes away until Task Manager is closed.

I've ran SAS, MB, and Windows Defender Full Scans but nothing has been found. Problem starts at startup but I've disabled all programs at startup.

Can't seem to look in the right place for the infected file or should I try running SAS/MB/WD while the Mouse is not working?

If any of the scans will not run or download move on to the next one and let me know what happened like if there were any errors or if they just wouldn't download or run.

 

I've already ran through that guide. Couldn't find anything. This isn't destorying the computer or anything but it sure is a hassle to go back to Task Manager every 5 minutes just to cause it to stop for a bit.

A friend told me to run Microsoft Security Essentials but it still didn't find anything either.
