Usb not recognized[Win XP]

    So I was having some issues with my USB (Apacer 4GB).Was getting "USB not formatted,would you like to format it now"error.So I tried formating it to exfat(was fat32).
    Now my PC doesnt even recognize the USB it only shows up at Device manager as this:

    So I only made it worse.It was working today and now I cant use it.Tried reseting PC but it didnt work.
    Tried uninstalling it from Device manager and letting Xp install it but didnt work.
    Dont know what to do.
    Any ideas??

    Put it in a non XP computer and format it as FAT32.
    XP won't recognize exfat.
