USB popup menu in XP (Pro)

When you plug in a USB memory stick into XP (Pro), Windows pops up a window with
9 options to select from. As usual MS have stuffed this up, IMHO.

Is there any way to maximise the screen so all 9 options show at once
(Registry hack or something) or is there any way to alter the order in which the 9 options appear?

I would like to have " Open folder to view files" to appear as the first option, not the second last, or at least on the first screen.

Also "Take no action" would be better on the first screen, rather than have to scroll down to it.

I am guessing the answer is NO, you are stuck with it, but thought I'd ask anyhow.

I turn autoplay off too, and I specifically set a drive letter for a removable device (I have 3 ) so it always uses the same drive letter for the drive I plug in

I use V, R and P for no apparent reason

My 2 cd/drives drives are x and y and z is my 'system drive' (temp files, temporary internet files and any thing else thats temp)
