Usb Write Protacted

I have Win7. 64 Bit and I have a USB Flash Drive with a Micro Card 64GB in Size.

Now after I Plug it into my USB Port it open up and closes over and over again.

If I try to use it it say this Drive is Write Protected.

So I Run CMD as ADMIN.

I Type Disk Part then Hit Enter I Type List Disk and Hit Enter.
And it tells me this is not a Command.

I need to take the Write Protect off it.

I do not een know how this happened but can anybody help?
