User Accounts Shows ShellClassInfo XP PRO

Hello,

On a computer running XP Pro I've added two new user accounts. Both accounts when logging in have notepad displaying this info every login:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

I have two other older user accounts on the same computer that do not display this info when logging in.

I cannot figure out what caused this, nor am I able to prevent this; even when deleting the account and starting all over. Any new user account added will have notepad display the above info.

Any ideas of what is happening?

Sys info
XP Pro 2002 Service Pack 2
Dell Inspiron I9200
Intel Pent M 2.00 GHz processor
1 gig ram
