User denied Access (The Group Policy client service Failed. Access is denied)

    We run Widows 7 pro SP1 PCs on a Windows Server 2003 SBS domain.

    One of our users tried to log in today and got the following message when doing so...

    The Group Policy client service Failed. Access is denied

    It happens on all of the PCs he has tried. Could it be a roaming profile issue?

    Others can log in on these PCs ok.

    I have had a look at his AD account and that looks ok to me.

    Any ideas? All of the answers I have found on Google have either been about the PC in question or for windows 8.
