Using Hirens boot cd ?

If my sons comp is showing this after replacing the processor will hirens boot cd sort it or not, because we can't even get into safe mode or the recvoery console, has anyone else experienced this problem ?

The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000135 (0x00000000 0x0000000)
The system has been shutdown.

Please Help !

P.S I know i am a well established member of these forums but was just a little unsure as to where to post this thread, so i'll apologise now if this is in the wrong dept !

replacing the cpu is one of the reason i would reinstall windows, rather than let it update the driver info during boot up. You might be able to do a repair install, so you will save your information.
