Using Roboform Pro's full features: feedback?

Hi all -- this is my first post here, though I've been a MG fan for years and lurk from time to time. I'm here because I can't seem to find any user forums on their own site, or specific to Roboform.

The guy I'm working for has tasked me with setting up Roboform Pro for him (and then later rolling it out as a mandatory tool for certain of his employees doing web work, account creation, etc.). He is NOT by any means a geek, and this is the app he wants to use because it's easiest for him, and he's the boss!

Getting him up & running to his satisfaction is just Step One of the overall project I'm doing for him; the goal is to put everything firmly under HIS control, even though his employees may initially create accounts, form fields or logins that Roboform will handle. I'm fairly certain what I'm setting up will work as he desires, but it'd be great to get some feedback from others.

I'm wondering if anyone's using Roboform Pro in a business environment in this way, and if so any pros/cons, tips or tricks you might have to share. I'm new to the program myself, and since his information (and the situation in general) requires that security be a priority, I want to be sure there aren't holes or backdoors that can be exploited by employees that might be more technically savvy than the boss is (or more experienced in relevant areas that might present vulnerabilities than I am - DBAs, sysadmins and the like); or if any errors I might make in making this "master" account (from which passcards will be given to employees as appropriate), or in later sending passcards, that risk exposing confidential information to people it shouldn't.
