I recently upgraded from mediocre nForce4 onboard sound to a Sounblaster X-Fi Platinum that came with the front panel and remote. It's friggin sweet and havn't had any probs at all from it so far.

But I was wondering if I can use the remote and Infrared sensor on it to work with the Media Center main menu too. I can get it to work with some other programs like WMP and Power DVD, but I'd like to know if I can get it to work with the Media Center interface too. This way I dont have to have two IR receivers and two remotes.

Thanks for any help in advance...

Edit: Nevermind, it works after I open MCE first with the mouse, then I have to use the remote. I feel retarded now, hah. I guess this might be good for future reference to other people. Flame on.. heh
