VB 6 & Win 7

Help,
I am having problems with my mouse when running VB 6 using Win 7 64 bit Pro version. When I am in a procedure, I can't scroll down. Is there a fix out there for this problem?? I have the wheel moused fix for XP, but it doesn't work in Win 7.
Any help or suggestions would be great ful.

This sounds like the problem Java had but fixed (http://forums.java.net/node/661940?#comment-665608), and Google Picasa may still have, where programs that used to work on XP stop handling the mouse wheel properly on Vista or 7.

gives a pretty good explanation of the problem, and niver tells how to use a program to fix that problem. Otherwise, you'd need to find a special driver that gives what the application expects from your mouse.

My Advice? Dump VB6 ASAP. Seriously though, if at all possible (by that, I mean, if this is NOT an enormous project that very very rarely requires updating) get rid of VB6 and do it in a current version of Visual Studio because you may run into many more issues on Win7 with VB6. If it's just a personal project that your playing around with definitely convert it to Visual Studio Express 2010.
