VB Configuration help

    I just upgraded my visual studio from working edition to enterprise. VC++ works great, but when I try to run VB it tries to run some sort of setup I can't get out of. It says "Microsoft Office Proffessional Edition 2003" "The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable." "Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "PRO11.MSI" in the box below.
