VB hates me, I get weird run-time errors.

I was trying to use this VB program (Not from this site, it's a plugin for MYIE2, though) and when I try pressing O.K to save the settings, it says:

    "Run-time error '429': Active X component can't create object."

I tried going to their site, and I think it was in chinese or something...However, I think it's my machine..

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance..

if you get that error, chances are the progid hasn't not been created. The dll is not registerd for the plug-in.
