vbs/inor.af what is it?

my wife found this virus vbs/inor.af on her hard drive and is convinced someone has hijacked into her computer. can anyone tell me what the above virus does? we did remove it but she is convince someone keeps getting into her computer. we have windows xp and a network adminsistrator was created a couple of weeks ago which she insists is someone else on the cpu. she is convinced someone has stole pictures she had of the computer.

could any of this be true based on the above virus?
