Vector Outline help...

Greetings...

I need to convert a small .gif image to vector outline. I searched here at MG and a Brothersoft program was mentioned, but the hoops I had to jump through to get the program were just too confusing.

So, is there any free easily downloadable software available for this purpose?

Or, if any of you graphics gurus have something loaded, can you handle a quick conversion in your spare time?

The files are attached (one color .gif, one b/w .jpg - didn't know if both are needed).
