so i got my own server and i was messing with user setting and somehow muted my self, i can hear others talk on my server. i can also go to other servers and talk, it is not my mic or personal set up but i did something to me...i can switch names and still have the same problem. i have no idea what i did wrong...others can talk on my server but not hear me, the green speaker pops up when i hit PTT button, also if i do voice activated it works as well.

 

fixed. direct sound was not enabled.....lame problem
