VERIFIER.EXE FOUND A BAD DRIVER eplpdx02.sys WHAT TO DO? THIS IS LPT I/O DRIVER FOR MY EPSON PRINTER. i CHOSE ALL UNSIGNED DRIVERS AND TESTED THEM ONE BY ONE USING THE VERIFIER.EXE FROM THE RUN COMMAND. THIS DRIVER CAUSED A BSOD. IT IS IN THE SYSTEM32 DRIVERS FOLDER.

I HAVE REINSTALLED MY EPSON SOFTWARE MANY TIMES. SHOULD I DELETE THIS FILE OR WHAT?

    ANY SUGGESTIONS?:-D

do you have any problems printing? maybe the installer put it there for other versions of windows.

actually, i may be reading your post wrong...do you get the BSOD when you print or just when you run the verifier?
also, what OS are you running?

Forget running verifier.exe. It is from MS. I've had MS tell me I need driver updates. I listened twice and it broke something. I had to rollback the driver to use the device again!
If you want to be sure you have the proper driver, go to Epson not Microsoft! I can't stress this enough. Do not depend on Microsoft for the proper driver detection!
