1st of ALL I never downloaded this....it only shows up in IE and I use IE maybe once a year.....and because F/F is having some child hood trauma today I am unable to download pics in ebay so I am forced to use IE. this DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!box shows up every 2 seconds...I have removed it via MSCONFIG, I have deleated all files.....but it will not go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!madmadmad

This is not really a malware issue. I suggest that you use an uninstaller to remove it.

You were mistaken in removing that program via MSCONFIG - that merely results in you creating problems in your system Registry.
MSCONFIG is *not* a program uninstallation tool and nor is it a start up program manager.
You should simply have uninstalled the program like you would any other - via add/remove programs (in XP)/programs and features (in Vista). And made sure you clicked 'ok' to the request to restart your system.
You can of course - if you are prepared to be careful, attentive and not impulsive - use a more efficient uninstaller and use the MajorGeeks-recommended freeware product 'Revo Uninstaller':

You can try using that now but if it doesn't work, you will also need to try a 'Registry > Scan For Issues > Fix all issues' step (running that at least 3 times, or until '0' issues are found) using the other MG-recommended tool 'CCleaner - Slim':

The 1st place I looked was add/remove programs...IT IS NOT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have read hundreds of threads about this...& no one can find that program in the add/remove list, its just not there. I guess I will just NEVER be able to use IE ever......It doesn't show up on firefox.....only in XP on IE.

The 2nd place I always look for weird stuff is in my start up....and there it was, so I deleted it. I have never had any issues with deleting some random program that is either no longer necessary or just showed up. I always make sure by checking a PROGRAMS list to make sure I am not deleting something important. And since it is ALWAYS still there in the start up, you ALWAYS have the option to re check it...if you made a mistake~which I didn't. and still I have this *&^%$# program popping up in IE. I guess I finally found an issue this site can't solve

Already looked there, 3rd place I looked....it is NOT an add on. I don't know what this program is!
