Vertical Sync?? (FreeBSD Install Help)

I am trying to determine what to set for a vertical sync while configuing XFree86 for FreeBSD 5.1.

I have a 19" Viewsonic G90mb

How do I figure this out? I havent found an answer on the Viewsonic site.

My monitor specs are here:

The following is an excerpt from this document (page 2) on the manufacturer's page for this monitor (link on right middle).

Edit: Hm... seems I didn't need to get the pdf. The full specs are on the page I link to.
