Very sloow Pavilion 4325 with Windows XP SP1

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie but tried to do all the homework that is asked. So here goes...

My friend's HP Pavilion 4325 boots up very slowly --7 minutes until the computer is useable. Any program takes a while to launch, the bigger the program the longer the wait. In safe mode it runs just fine.
My friend mentioned that the problems originated a while ago when she started using Limewire, which I understand can bring on some nasty malware via shared music.

I have run all of the recommended and optional malware removal tools mentioned in the 'Before Posting' page, with the exception of the MS tool that requires SP2. I always ran them in safe mode. More than several instances of malware were identified and removed. I have also had the Hijack This log analyzed by the auto analyzer at HJT.networktechs.com. The link follows:
