It takes about 5 Min to boot to the welcome Screen, same when doing a Safe Mode boot about 5 min to the boot type menu.

I recently lost my Nvida graphics drivers and had to reinstall. This was after the problem stated however.

AVG Anti Spyware found some viruses inside of zip files.

    Bitdefender log attached

    Panda scan found no viruses

Before getting started, you appear to be using two software firewalls. I see Kerio and NVidia Nforce Network Access Manager - http://www.nvidia.com/object/security.html

You must not use multiple software firewalls. Uninstall one of these now and then attach the log from AVG Antispyware (you did not attach it) and then attach new logs from ShowNew and HijackThis

Did you knowingly install StumbleUpon ?
