video cam problem

    My son laptop has a video cam built in. When I get on AIM I can see the other person but he can not see me. The green light on the laptop does no come on which show the cam is on. What do I need to do to turn it on?

    I'm guessing you are running Vista and probably a HP or similar.....you will need to update the webcam drivers for it to run.
