Video Card HELP

Hey guys,
So I got a virtumunde virus a little while ago and you guys were super helpful, now I'm hoping that you can help with a much smaller problem...After successfully removing the virus, I found that now I cannot play videos in VLC player, nor can I fullscreen them. The computer just freezes, plays the audio, and has to be cold rebooted. I think it's a driver issue, maybe I uninstalled something during the cleanup. Any ideas?
