   just got a game that requires the video card to have at least 64MB of mem, how exactly do i chect that on my computer? i have a laptop, xppro, with ati 9700

   It should tell you video memory and brand.
   
   That said the 9700 should have 128 megs of ram.

   thanks alot, i was hoping someone would answer quick. i couldn't wait to get into this game (nfl headcoach), but it only has what is required 64mb, hope that is ok

   If your not sure, install it, most games will tell you that you do not meet the minimum requirements. I am confident you have at LEAST 64 megs, go for it!
