Video Card Needed

My son received a computer game for Christmas.

It will not run on his computer because the video card is not supported.

The game requires a card with 64M video memory that supports Shader 2.0 and DirectX 9.0c.

The computer has a 172 pin AGP 4X slot with 32 bit data width.

Do they make a video card that will work with this computer or do I need to get a new computer just for this game?

I also have open PCI slots if that is an option.
