Looking to get a new video cared, but how do I check my power supply?

Some of the cards I'm looking at say I need 450 watts.

I'm using a utility called Fresh Diagnose, and it says my PCI slot provides 5 volts. Not sure what the diff is between a watt and a volt.

Also...is the card as easy to install as RAM? or is this something I should get help on if RAM is the most difficult install I've done?

    Thanks!

open your case, check the sticker on the side of the PSU which is in the top back corner

to install; uninstall old video driver, turn it off, pop in the new card, attach the power connector to the card, reboot, install new drivers.

It's a PCI-E slot. The motherboard is an MSI 7903.
