Video Clean Up

    I have downloaded several videos from various sites such as YouTube and the quality is not very good. Either the videos are to dark, fuzzy, etc.. I have converted them to mpeg but they still look like crap.

    Is there any program/software out there that you can use to clean up a video and make them look better? OS Vista
