video editing with WoW and Fraps

    okay i have my EXTREMELY big fraps videos
    know i need to know some programs for this type of video editing

    i need to know one that can take out the current audio and replace it with new audio such as music or if i can make the audio override the other in volume so that the WoW music isnt so loud (which it isnt anyhow)

    then i need to know one to cut pieces of the video. take out like whole parts of the screen, (kinda like a crop thing)

    as far as file conversion i got that down. other than that i need help with everything.
