Video Error [Debug]

    Hi i recently took a video with my digi-cam

    uploaded the video and pictures to my PC

    go into the folder and get this error message (attachment)

    everytime i enter the folder with the video i get that error message..

    now im not sure if its the codec problem.. (ffdshow)

    maybe someone can shine some light on the subject?

    What's the extention of the file? AVI? MPG?

    Does that box pop up just going into the folder? Or when you try to open the file?

    .AVI

    so yea could very well be a codec problem..

    but how do i Un-install it? i cant find it anywere in add and remove programs... :rolleyes:
