Video Glitch

    Intel Core i7 3520M @ 2.90GHz Ivy Bridge
    8GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
    465GB Samsung SSD 840 Series ATA Device (SSD)
    Win7Pro x64 SP1

    Just migrated from Ubuntu to Win7Pro. Getting the effect seen below on all videos played in VLC 2.2.1, and generally lagginess in WMP 12.0.76 (at least on those container types it recognizes). Both programs have had no settings changed since their initial installation.
