Video in Chat

Does anyone know of a chat client that will allow me to drag and drop short videos into the conversation window, similar to the photo sharing of Yahoo?

I want to share some short videos with my family but as we very rearly meet on the net due to our time differences it would be nice when we do meet to be able to share a few short home videos, not more than 20secs each

If anyone knows of a chat client where I can do this I would like to know
