video player

hi!

i think everyone here already used winamp to play a video...

im looking for a S-M-A-L-L simple (no dvd stuff, etc) video player that can do something that winamp does, in winamp if you play a video you can press the left or right key in your keyboard and it will forward or go back 5 seconds, it's simple, right? i just need a video player that does the same eh eh not asking for much

something without a installer and without many files would be great, like "media player classic" but i think it doesn't have what i asked for
