I am getting into Video Editting and I just have something to ask about Video Frame Size.

In NTSC DV the Video Frame Size for a 4:3 image is 720x480

I get all of this but what if you have an NTSC DV and the image size is 16:9 is it still 720x540???

If I have this right 16:9 will be 1024×576 as its widescreen over letterbox 4:3
