videocodec and maleware wipe 1.4 help

I think I have the same problem as this user:

I downloaded Videocodec saying it was an update to my Windows Media Player. Now I realise that it was the problem. As soon as I downloaded that I started getting the pop-ups and websites saying I have some virus and to download their programs to remove it. I downloaded Malwarewipe 1.4 not realizing it was a scam.

I have done the "READ AND RUN ME FIRST..." and what you said in my previous thread:

No more of the files are in Add/Remove Programs but they still have folders in my programs files. Is it okay to just delete it from there? For that seems to be all that is left that still shows in the logs. Also the .exe files in the Videocodec folder still run in my Windows Task Manager Processes. And in applications I get various "Outwindows789784" (numbers vary).

I still get the fake site on Explorer:
http://theuptodatesafety.net with a pop-up

Or sometimes this:
"The page you are looking is probably blocked by adware/spyware on your PC. Remove it with System Doctor Software(linked). CLICK HERE."
And the page cannot be dislayed and it shows steps to download the software on the error page. Also I tried your link in my past thread but it's not working =(.

I can't block them.

I have uninstalled the other programs as said by the "R&R" so I only have Symantec AntiVirus and Firewall.

I also did the steps for "Special Removal Procedures".

Below are all my results. The Videocodec is still present and it shows in some of the logs. Is it okay to just delete the folder?
