video's as screensavers , and youtube videos

    hello i was wondering if anyone know if its possible to put a video as a screensaver , and also (not sure if its illegal ) to download videos off youtube? if its not illegal can anyone tell me how? if its illegal sorry about that and just disreguard that but id still appreciate help on the video screensaver, thanks
