Video's not playing properly

Right, this is the first website i came across when i typed in "support geeks" so i hope you guys can help....

When i play video clips on itunes or quicktime, i get sound, but the visual is just green and pink fuzzy lines, squares and general crap, its showing noting of the original content, just the pink n green stuff....

I hope you can help, as im a bit of a computer noob, and its annoying me...

Feel free to hurl abuse at me for not spotting something simple...xD

Do the video play correctly with any other players (i.e. WMP) ? what is the format of ur video files(MPG, AVI, WMV ...)?

 

Try the codec pack, if you have XP
