Videos Not Working

A few youtube videos are unplayable for some reason. My browsers refuse to play them at all. Some vids take a short time to load b4 playing and others start playing almost as soon as the page loads.

I had my friend use an alternative device and unfortunately the same thing happened. My comp was hardwired while his phone used my wireless network. I dunno why neither my computer or his iphone refused to play the videos. I highly doubt that cache or anything relating to the browsers themselves had anything to do with it.

The video itself appears to work for everyone eles but any device using my home network wired or wireless seems to be unable to load or play the videos in question.

Of videos that I am having issues playing there are two that i have been unable to play so far either because of an error.

it's the standard error message youtube usually gives if a a video fails to play. Im not sure if an error really is behind this as multiple devices wer unable to play said videos.

 

The browser isn't the problem, none of my browser will play the videos in question and even other devices refuse to play the videos, so it's not a browser issue, especially since more than one device was unable to play the videos.
