Using Windows 98SE, and Internet Explorer as my Browser. I was able to view an entire web page on my screen, something has changed and now there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page and I must move it left and right to see all of the page. I would like to get back to the point of viewing the entire page without the horizontal scroll bar being there. Can someone please tell me what I need to do.

    some thoughts ...
Have you changed your screen resolution recently, or your "font-size / DPI" setting?

Or have you changed the Text Size in Internet Explorer to a larger setting?
