(WinMe) TrendMicro/Housecall recently found the following:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ACTIVE SCAN\SET21E5.TMP: "...contains a code of the virus Micro-128(C)

C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\V3602JA73615: "...is the dialer "Dial/301253"!

Will a Major Geek please explain what they are & what they do?

Dial/301253: is a trojan that will attempt to dial out from your pc. Calling 900 numbers to cost you money.

Delete the contents of your C:\windows\temp folder.
then find and delete this file

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ACTIVE SCAN\SET21E5.TMP

Then:
READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal
