"Virtomonde"--Please Help

I have spent many hours tongiht trying to remove Virtomonde.dll from my computer without any luck. I tried spybot search and destroy, Vundo Fix, Ad-Aware and ComboFix. I followed the directions posted on your forum on how to run combofix and the log created after was as follows:



After doing the scan...I was hoping it was solved but NOPE..so I really need help. Hopefully someone will response to this before I completely crash. Its getting harder and harder to even log a webpage.
I scanned with spyware doctor (free version so i couldnt remove) and it said I have:
Trojen.Downloader.Small.CML
Trojen.Popuper
Trojen.Virtomonde

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I could reformat but I really do not want to lose everything!

Your computer is pretty badly infected. You need to go through all the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and then use the Manage Attachments button down below the reply box here to attach the requested logs. The tools we give you will remove some of the infection, but some of the files will have to be removed manually, because the tools won't pick them up. When we see the requested results of the scans you'll be doing, then we can find those files and give you specific instructions for their removal.
