   does anyone know of any software that can create a virtual cdrw drive, I know lots that do cdrom drives, but i wan't to trick a bit of software into thinking it's writing to a cd but it actually writing to a file on the hard drive

   U can try UltraIso, it is the best i think, it creates CD/DVD images then burn also, plus it create a virtual CD drive too
