I have run through cleaning guide and attached the logs.

I use firefox, it closes randomly and I had virtumond and smitfraud and successfully removed them about a week ago. I ran a superspybot scan and saw that they are back again. when i turned system restore off, i got clean scans sooo i'm not sure if i got re-infected or turning system restore back on gave me them back.

Thank you in advance for any help!

    Hello, xdreamangel

Please perform all steps in NORMAL Startup Mode unless otherwise instructed.

You are using outdated versions of both Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and SUPERANTISpyware Free Edition!
Please refer to Windows XP Cleaning Procedure * Step 2: Installing Tools and Running Scans

*Uninstall your current copies of MBAM &SAS and then download, install, update again immediately so that you have current databases, and then run new scans. I will ask for these new logs at the end of my instructions.

Questions: Can you tell me what these are?
    • c:\program files\Incomplete
    • O24 - Desktop Component 0: (no name) - About:Home <=== Is this something you set?

    Now - follow these instructions.

    Step 1:
If you have not already done so, please disable the Guest account in User accounts.

    Step 2:
Please look in Add/Remove Programs for the following and uninstall if found. If you get any errors just make a note and proceed.
    Step 3:
Re-boot your pc and run Ccleaner

    Step 4:
Now install the latest Sun Java Runtime Environment

    Step 5:
Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

Then attach the below logs to your next reply:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
    • SASlog.txt
    • Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

Make sure you tell me if you had any problems running this procedure and give a description of how things are working now!

    Thanks!
    dr.m

I deleted the incomplete file folder, it was empty.
I'm not sure what the other one is.

Superantispyware only found tracking cookies, so I did not upload that file.

I'm not sure why I still have vundo in my system restore because I disabled it and turned it back on again so it should have cleared them out....

Our procedure calls for toggling system restore during our Final Clean-up. An infected restore point is better than none at all. We'll deal with that later.

    Step 1:
    Once again -
Please disable the Guest account in User accounts.

    Step 2:
Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    Code:
    O16 - DPF: {166B1BCA-3F9C-11CF-8075-444553540000} (Shockwave ActiveX Control) -
    O16 - DPF: {30528230-99f7-4bb4-88d8-fa1d4f56a2ab} (Installation Support) -
    O16 - DPF: {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000} (Shockwave Flash Object) -

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Step 3:
Now we need to use ComboFix to remove some malware.
    • Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it!
      • If it is not on your Desktop, the below will not work.
    • Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix. *Remember to re-start them before coming back online.
    • Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the below code box into it (make sure you scroll all the way down in the code box to get all lines selected ):
    Code:
    KILLALL::

    File::
    C:\Windows\SwSys2.bmp
    C:\Windows\SwSys1.bmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN40E.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN40F.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN410.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN416.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN417.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN418.tmp

    • Save the above as CFscript.txt and make sure you save it to the same location (should be on your Desktop) as ComboFix.exe
    • At this point, you MUST EXIT ALL BROWSERS NOW before continuing!
    • You should have both the ComboFix.exe and CFScript.txt icons on your Desktop.
If it asks you to overide the previous file with the same name, click YES.
    • Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe
      http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v666/sUBs/CFScriptB-4.gif
    • Follow the prompts.
    • When it finishes, a log will be produced named c:\\combofix.txt
    • I will ask for this log below

    Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

    Step 4:
    Run Ccleaner

    Step 5:
Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

Then attach the below logs to your next reply:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
    • C:\combofix.txt

Make sure you tell me if you had any problems running this procedure and give a description of how things are working now!

    Thanks!
    dr.m
