Virtumonde excess

Greetings, I have followed most of the steps on this site for removal, but I'm still not out of the woods. Most of the bad things have been removed with Superanti-spyware and MalwareBytes, but I occasionally get this one weird pop-up. They are not as frequent now. In addition, I have not done the combo-fix. I do not want to run it yet until someone views one of of my hi-jack this logs which I am going to post along with other logs. Thanks for anyone's help!

 

Ok, sorry about that. In addition, I believe that I have cleaned up most of the problem. However, there appears to be one pop-up that occasionally comes, and each of the cleaners finds one virtumonde registry as opposed to the multiple ones that were previously on the computer. The only problem is that none of the programs that are recommended can fix it. It appears to be on the System Restore possibly. I will attach the recent Spybot log that lists the registry. If anyone can recommend what I should do to get this last bit, it would be greatly appreciated. I have downloaded Combofix, but I have not run it and do not want to unless it is absolutely necessary. Thanks in advance.
